Welcome to Trigo PDF. By using our software and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Trigo PDF, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our software.

2. License Grant

Upon payment of the one-time fee of $19.99 (after the 3-day free trial period), Trigo PDF grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software. This means:

  • You own your copy of the software forever
  • You may install the software on devices you own or control
  • You may use the software for personal or commercial purposes
  • You will receive free lifetime updates

3. Free Trial Period

We offer a 3-day free trial period. During this time:

  • You have full access to all features of Trigo PDF
  • You will not be charged during the trial period
  • You may cancel at any time during the 3-day trial without being charged
  • If you do not cancel, you will be charged $19.99 at the end of the trial period
  • After the trial ends and payment is processed, the purchase is final (see Refund Policy)

4. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
  • Distribute, sell, lease, rent, or sublicense the software to third parties
  • Use the software for any illegal purpose
  • Share your license with others

5. Data Collection and Privacy

Trigo PDF is designed with your privacy in mind:

  • All PDF editing is performed locally on your computer
  • We do not upload, store, or access your PDF files
  • We do not track your usage or collect analytics data
  • The only personal information we collect is your email address used during signup
  • Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe; we do not store your payment information

6. Updates and Support

Your one-time payment includes:

  • Free lifetime software updates
  • Bug fixes and security patches
  • New features as they become available

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Trigo PDF is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Trigo PDF be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the software
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
  • Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues transmitted through the software
  • Any errors or omissions in the software

9. Intellectual Property

Trigo PDF and all related trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos are the property of Trigo PDF. You are granted no right or license with respect to any of these intellectual property rights except for the limited license to use the software as described in these Terms.

10. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Trigo PDF after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
