When you sign up for Trigo PDF, you get a 3-day free trial with full access to all features. Here's how it works:
- No Charge: You will not be charged during the 3-day trial period
- Full Access: You have complete access to all features of Trigo PDF
- Cancel Anytime: You can cancel at any time during the trial period
- Zero Risk: If you cancel before the 3 days are up, you pay nothing
2. After the Trial Period
If you don't cancel during the 3-day trial period:
- You will be charged $19.99 one time
- You will own Trigo PDF forever, with free lifetime updates
- The purchase is final
Important: Once the 3-day trial period ends and payment is processed, refunds are generally not available. The trial period is your opportunity to test the software risk-free.
3. Exceptions: Technical Issues
We understand that sometimes things go wrong on the software side. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using Trigo PDF, we may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.

Our Process:

- We review your case and attempt to resolve the problem
- If the issue cannot be resolved and is confirmed to be on our end, we may issue a refund at our discretion
- Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be granted for:
- Change of mind: If you simply decide you don't want the software after the trial period
- User error: If you don't understand how to use a feature
- System incompatibility: If your computer doesn't meet the minimum system requirements (which are listed on our website)
- Third-party issues: Problems caused by your operating system, other software, or hardware
- Feature expectations: If the software doesn't have a specific feature you wanted (all features are listed on our website)
- Forgot to cancel: If you forgot to cancel during the trial period
